The Black Sluice Internal Drainage Board has confirmed that the case against our Chief Executive Officer, Ian Warsap, has been concluded with the Crown Prosecution Service offering no evidence and a Not Guilty verdict being recorded.
The financial restrictions imposed on Ian Warsap have therefore been lifted and he resumes his role as the Board’s Chief Executive Officer with all delegated authority restored.
