Notice is hereby given that the Black Sluice Internal Drainage Board (BSIDB) intend to apply, at the expiration of one calendar month from the date of this notice, to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for the confirmation of byelaws made by the BSIDB for the purpose of preventing flooding or remedying any damage caused by flooding in their area.   

During a period of one calendar month from the date of publication of this notice, a copy of the said byelaws will be kept at the office of the BSIDB at Station Road, Swineshead, PE20 3PW and will be open to public inspection, on any weekday during normal office hours. During the same period printed copies of the byelaws will be supplied on demand (free of charge) to any person on application to the BSIDB.

Any objection to the confirmation of the byelaws should be made in writing and addressed to the BSIDB at mailbox@blacksluiceidb.gov.uk or Station Road, Swineshead, Boston, Lincolnshire PE20 3PW, within one calendar month of the date of publication of this notice.
